Species: Juniperus mexicana.

This Cedarwood essential oil is a light brown mobile liquid with medium to high intensity with an earthy, woody and mossy characteristic aroma.  A lot like the aroma of freshly sharpened pencils.

The important components include cedrol, alpha cedrene, and thujopsene. As a blender it works well with other woods like sandalwood and cedarwood atlas. It also blends well with spikenard and patchouli.  This cedarwood oil is produced in a sustainable process.
