Steam distilled Cardamom seed essential oil from Guatemala.  Cardamom is also knowm as, "Grains of Paradise."

Species: Eletaria cardamomum.  CAS: 85940-32-5.

The ancient Chinese used the herb for dietary disorders and the Egyptians used it for teeth cleaning and breath freshening.

In aromatherapy the steam distilled oil is used for similar applications. It is good oil for diffusing and blending, working well with citrus and lavender.
